Lead Site of Care patient-data operations, including vendor onboarding, data requirements, feed monitoring, data-quality and contract-compliance oversight, issue escalation, and reliable downstream delivery.
Respond to complex stakeholder data inquiries and translate business needs into actionable patient-level data requirements, extracts, and analyses involving enrollment, status, brand, claims, payer/coverage, and other patient attributes.
Serve as a trusted patient-data subject matter expert and point of contact for data definitions, source-system differences, limitations, data-quality investigations, onboarding, and reporting readiness.
Ensure compliant processing, storage, access, and use of patient-level data in alignment with Amgen Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and Information Security policies, including access controls and audit readiness.
Support connected patient datasets and Patient 360 initiatives by defining linkage requirements, validating data connections, aligning business rules, documenting lineage, and improving the usability of integrated patient data.
Drive continuous improvement through scalable data-management practices, including standardized onboarding, data-quality monitoring, status and issue tracking, automation, lineage, traceability, and self-service capabilities.
