You will be working in the Global Alliance Immunology Franchise team where we take pride in our commitment to excellence and value our team culture. What drives us is the opportunity to make an impact with Immunology products that truly can transform the lives of people living with COPD, Severe Asthma, Atopic Dermatitis, Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyposis, Prurigo Nodularis, Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria, Bullous Pemphigoid, Eosinophilic Esophagitis and Allergic Fungal Rhinosinusitis.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and project management to the Global Head of Alliance Immunology.

Main responsibilities:
Executive administrative and operations support to the Global Head of Alliance Immunology. Ensures smooth and efficient day-to-day flow of administrative operations
Manage calendar proactively, schedule meetings, and coordinate face-to-face and virtual events with full meeting planning and logistics
Arrange domestic and international travels
Process expenses in a timely manner per internal policies and systems
Answer and prioritize incoming requests and communications, providing excellent support and maintaining a positive presence
Independently manage special and administrative projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Coordinate with other administrative professionals across the organization to align operations
Perform other duties as required
About you
Experience/ knowledge:
A minimum 10 years of professional experience in supporting executives within a global environment is required
Ability to manage complex meeting arrangements and travel plans
High proficiency in Office tools including excellent PowerPoint skills and SharePoint content administration
Ability to work independently and proficiently in a global, multi-site, multinational environment with minimal direction
Ability to prioritize critical tasks, multitask, and manage changing priorities within a fast-paced internal and external environment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment, establishing and maintaining strong working relationships and internal networks, strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
High ethical standards and strict maintenance of confidentiality
Education:
High school diploma
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications or related discipline is preferred
Languages:
Fluent in English
