About the Job
The Senior Product Manager, Patient Marketing - Hemophilia Portfolio will be responsible for the tactical execution of patient and nurse-targeted marketing initiatives across Sanofi's US Hemophilia portfolio (Altuviiio, Eloctate, Alprolix, and Qfitlia). This role focuses on developing and managing key personal and non-personal branded and unbranded tactics to drive patient engagement, treatment adoption, and adherence. Reporting to the Head, Patient Marketing - Hemophilia, this position will lead the execution of patient marketing strategies, content development, and cross-functional collaboration to support the success of the Hemophilia portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
Patient Marketing Program Execution
Lead the development and execution of branded and unbranded patient marketing tactics across the Hemophilia portfolio
Manage content creation, design, approval process, training, and execution of patient and nurse-targeted collateral
Develop personalized content for various patient audiences and life stages across Hemophilia A and B
Lead content planning and editorial calendar development for patient channels
Ensure all materials meet patient needs, regulatory requirements, and brand messaging guidelines
Patient Engagement & Program Management
Execute lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on life-stage transitions (sports, college, new job) as key engagement moments
Lead programs to reach non-engaged patients beyond existing chapter and camp engagements
Execute peer mentorship programs and patient empowerment initiatives
Lead nurse education programs that enable nurses to better educate and support Hemophilia patients
Manage PSS coordination on enrollment optimization and retention tactics
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
Collaborate with Global Hemophilia marketing team and cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment with US strategy
Partner closely with field teams to ensure execution of strategy, monitor performance, and uncover opportunities and issues
Work with Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Business Ops, and agencies to achieve key milestones
Coordinate with Patient Advocacy organizations on community engagement and patient support programs
Performance Optimization & Budget Management
Optimize strategies and tactics based on insights and learnings
Manage external vendor relationships and budgets to ensure effective execution of strategy and tactical plans
Track patient engagement metrics and program performance
Support achievement of revenue, market share, and budget targets
About you:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or life sciences industry and/or within marketing, strategy, or project management
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Knowledge of Legal and Regulatory landscape pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing, including Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review Committee process
Strong understanding of portfolio marketing, multi-brand strategy, and pharmaceutical marketing principles
Demonstrated ability to execute marketing programs and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including with Specialty Pharmacy, and Patient Support Services
Experience supporting account planning execution with cross-functional field teams
Demonstrated success in data analysis and performance optimization
Experience working with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access teams
Hemophilia or rare disease experience
Patient marketing and patient engagement experience in specialty care
Experience with Patient Support Services and patient retention programs
Experience with patient advocacy partnerships
Knowledge of nurse education strategies in chronic disease management
