Job Description

TheInnovation, Architecture and Infrastructure (IAI)M&A PortfolioAnalystis anindividual contributorto themanagementmaintenance and enhancement ofIAI M&A portfolio of project, providinglogisticsand planningassistanceto the Merger & Acquisition(M&A) Director, Leads and Portfolio Lead. The position has the responsibility for the management ofall detailed aspects of the IAI portfolio. In addition, the IAI M&A Portfolio Analyst willassistin the development and maintenance ofM&A and Facilities Expansion playbooks, deploymentprocessand standards. The position will be instrumental in the development, identification and implementation ofrisks, resource constraints,issuestrackingand all other aspects of portfolio health.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

• Consult withserviceareas to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported byportfolio initiatives. Responsible fordetermininghow changing business needs willimpacttheportfolio. Understand the role of theindividualportfolio initiativesin the big picture and provide ideas and recommendationsregardingthemanagement and coordination between individual initiatives in the portfolio.

• In the context of the overall portfolio,assistthe portfolioleadto work with all stakeholderstoanalyze the portfolio to align resources,identifycritical dependencies and highlight/monitor/manage overall risk. Proactively work with all stakeholders in advance of these criticalities so that they can be avoided or escalated.

• Review andmanage the impact of changes to individual projects in the portfolio, and surface any issuesdriven by those changes. Communicate portfoliochanges and issues toIAIM&A governance team.

• Ensurecurrent andaccurateportfoliodocumentation,coordinateanddrive portfolio reviews for the IAI M&A Governance team. Provideprocess, playbook and standardsexpertise,and support training&educationfor the broader IAI M&A team. Involved with thePortfolio Lead and M&A Leadsregardingplanning/scheduling and resource allocation.

• Producecollateral to be used in portfolio governance;assistM&A andFacilitiesleads to produce requiredprocess deliverablesin support ofindividual M&A and Facilities initiatives. Support theM&A and Facilities leads in status reporting, and drive consistency in all reporting across the project portfolio.

• Accountablefor the financialtracking of all project budgets andassistingthe Leads withtimelymanagement and accuracy of all forecasting and financial management.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree and 2years experienceorMaster's Degree in Information Systemsor related field.

• Experience inproviding analysis for infrastructureprojectsand programs.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be able to effectively lead andfacilitatemeetings with customers and technical team members.

• Must be deliverables focused and detail oriented.

• Mustexhibitexceptional teamwork skills.

• Must have a strong customer focus.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with M&A or Facilities Upgrade projectsa plus.
