Brief Job Overview

The Verification Programs Coordinator is an individual contributor role within the Programs, Regional Operations and Strategy (PROpS) Division, reporting to the Senior Manager, Market Development, Verification Programs. This position is responsible for supporting the operational execution and administrative management of USP’s Verification Programs. The role drives coordination of projects, tools, and processes that enhance visibility into the program pipeline. Key responsibilities also include data management, reporting optimization, performance metric tracking, and preparation and distribution of internal reports. In addition, the position contributes to broader program operations and continuous improvement initiatives that support the effectiveness and growth of the Verification Program.

The Verification Programs Coordinator has the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Verification staff and other stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate project activities, including but not limited to:

• Tracking and reporting on marketing and business performance

• Scheduling of project meetings and production of supporting materials

• Action item and records management

• Developing processes, reports, and presentations to drive overall operation excellence using USP tools (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, Jira, Adobe, etc.)

• Manage systems and process-related projects aimed at driving visibility and accountability for program performance related to existing and new customers

• Assist in revenue and invoice tracking to ensure accuracy and timely reporting

• Track data from multiple sources, provide data entry for various systems, and develop reports and queries for systems supporting pipeline management

• Prepare reporting documents and presentations by assigned deadlines

• Actively contribute to Verification Program projects and initiatives

• Assist in capturing customer call reports and action items within CRM platform

• Facilitate group interactions through interpersonal and tool-based skills to achieve project goals

• Work with management and coworkers to develop, improve, and standardize project-related processes

• Support cross-departmental and cross-divisional activities, as related to assigned projects

• Recognize and escalate issues that potentially require upper management awareness and input

• Secure services as needed from other departmental, divisional, and organizational groups

• Help with special projects upon request

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience with a combination of relevant project management skills and/or scientific background.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams in a matrixed environment

• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and efficiently manage multiple projects

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Advanced computer competence (MS Office, MS Teams, MS Project, Sharepoint, Copilot, etc.)

Additional Desired Competencies

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant professional experience

• Experience with analytical data platforms (e.g. Tableau) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Demonstrated ability to mobilize stakeholders towards results

• Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness with good judgement about what can work and when additional support is needed

• High comfort with navigating through ambiguity and change
