What You'll Do:
医薬品・医療機器の適正使用と普及を目的とした、医療関係者に対する医薬品情報の提供・収集・伝達活動の展開
他部門との共同での戦略の実践および、具体的なアクションプランの策定と実行フォロー
コマーシャルオペレーション、マーケティング、メディカル部門との協働を通じた研究会・講演会の適切な運営
Who You Are:
経験および専門性
MRとして高い成果を上げて表彰を受けた経験
大学病院または基幹病院における新薬の採用経験（プライマリケアなど既存競合製品の多い領域での採用経験があればなお可）
ファーストインクラス、ベストインクラスの製剤の普及に携わった経験
少数精鋭組織での営業経験、在宅医療機器（自己注射製剤や各種吸入器等）の営業経験があればなお可
Skills/Capabilities
インスメッドの戦略的ゴール達成に向けて、社内外のステークホルダーと良好な関係を構築し、自身の立場におけるリーダーシップを適切に発揮出来ること
新たな分野に積極的にチャレンジし、自身や仲間の

MR認定資格 （MR経験5年以上）
営業成績上位10％以内、または相当する実績を残していること
