Medical Concierge
New York City–based team seeks an organized, intelligent Medical Concierge. Our team provides comprehensive solutions and guidance on a wide variety of health-related initiatives for a private family office.
Responsibilities include:
- Diligently tracking a high volume of information and tasks
- Communicating actively with stakeholders both verbally and in writing
- Taking point on managing a busy schedule of appointments and procedures
- Overseeing medical-related inventories
- Emergency and contingency planning
- Collaborating effectively with other team members along with outside parties including physicians, consultants, and other specialized service providers
- Performing work at several sites in New York City and nearby
Outstanding research, analytic, organizational, and communication skills are required, as is a no-task-too-big-or-too-small mindset. Prior nursing or other healthcare experience would be a plus, but we encourage applicants from a broad range of disciplines and backgrounds including demanding, non-medical fields.
This is a full-time opportunity, with a starting annual compensation range of $200,000 to $300,000 depending on credentials, experience, and demonstrated ability. The position also offers a generous benefits package including health insurance and a retirement plan. This is a positive, respectful organization where truly outstanding work is valued and rewarded. A strong performer can shine and grow in the role.
