The Finance, Insights & Enterprise Solutions department brings insights and intelligence to inform decision making & drives digitalization and business solutions to attain NNI goals. The Position

Bridge the gap between business needs and innovative technological solutions through agile collaboration with internal and external partners. Act as a regional Analytics & Digitalization Partner and collaborate with the central Analytics and Digitalization teams to ensure all solutions are aligned with our strategy and ways of working. Support the supply chain strategy by implementing automation solutions for core supply chain processes.

 

Relationships

Reports to a Director in US Supply Chain.

 

The role will interact with regional and global colleagues from the below organizations. Regional Supply Chain, CoE heads, US & IO CSC and GSC Data & Analytics, Data Mgmt. & Analytics (DD&IT, PS), DD&IT (Global, Regional), Finance & Operations.

 

Essential Functions

  • Analytics & Digitalization:
  • Identify improvement opportunities to ensure an efficient supply chain with actionable insights
  • Organization:
  • Facilitate, drive and implement digital projects
    • Drive Innovation and Change:
    • Identify new ideas, develop strategies to implement them, and foster a culture of change within the organization
  • Analytics & Digitalization:
  • Analytics expert with in-depth knowledge and a strong drive for turning data into actionable insights
  • Translate business needs, consolidate solutions, and promote best practice
  • Implement and scale solutions to complex business issues and provide strategic insights with a significant impact on the SC
  • Reduce manual work (e.g. reporting and routine tasks) by identifying processes for automation
  • Identify data source gaps and quality issues and liaise with stakeholders to solve issues swiftly
  • Strong drive to reach global solutions and standardization
  • Organization:
  • Collaborate with GSC/CSC and DD&IT teams to ensure scalable solutions
  • Facilitate closer collaboration between analytics & digitalization departments by participating in relevant forums
  • Use the NN frameworks for agile and data governance to ensure robust and value-adding development
  • Expand the usage of BI solutions in the SC community and beyond. Promote solutions, offer trainings, produce training material (e.g. guides and videos), send newsletters, lead community meetings, etc.
  • Close collaboration with the Global and Commercial SC Analytics and Digital teams
  • Drive Innovation and Change:
  • Secure alignment between multiple internal and external stakeholders with conflicting interests
  • Influence stakeholders when necessary to achieve desired impact
  • Continuously improve the BI platform with focus on simplicity to increase CSC business insights
  • Drive change and introduce new tools and standards to free up time and evaluate potential benefits from new technologies
  • High level of initiative to deliver innovative technical solutions to business requirements
  • Identify, recommend and provide solutions to issues that are not immediately obvious in current processes
  •  

    Physical Requirements

    10% international travel is required.

     

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or similar required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the following areas;   Supply chain, BI systems, analytics, digital, finance, commercial, data architecture, digital systems and project management.
  • International experience is a plus
  • Intercultural understanding
  • Experience and understanding of BI systems, data architecture and digital systems such as SAP, OpenText
  •
