Responsibilities
Reporting• Proactively identify needs and utilize data sets to develop reports and identify trends for leadership.
• Lead regional level reporting initiatives including update to leadership, ad hoc presentations, and new report requests
• Work with Business Intelligence Operations and IT to enhance dashboards and reports that provide field teams with robust analytics regarding their business.
• Present new reports, analyses, or findings to Commercial leadership.
• Develop long term reporting road map in partnership with IT to support franchise model
• In collaboration with cross functional partners, ensure backend data architecture meets needs of business for efficiency, speed, and accuracy of reporting
• Establish standardized processes for delivery and capturing business requirements to begin downstream execution of requested reports to cross functional partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including IT, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Effectiveness and Market Access to enhance data reporting capabilities and address data inconsistencies.
• Identify gaps in data sets and develop solutions and align with leadership to meet business needs
Analytics
• Obtain information from Sales and Market Access regional leaders that can be triangulated with data and reports to provide a robust view of overall trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with Insights and Analytics colleagues to layer in regional analyses into an overall brand performance story.
• Perform in-depth Sales and Market Access focused analyses utilizing various data sets including patient level Specialty Pharmacy data, Patient HUB data, MMIT payer information, and third-party data sets.
• Work closely with Field Operations colleagues to provide field force trends that inform strategic imperatives for all field teams
• Analyze various reports at a National and Regional level to provide insights in to targeting opportunities.
