Job Description

About the role:

The PAMA Technology Lead is responsible for building large-scale systems and creating robust and scalable platforms used by Patient and Market Access. This includes developing the data transport, collection, and orchestration layers. The role shapes the vision for the next generation infrastructure, making it easy for developers to build data-driven products and features, thereby enhancing accessibility to business and user behavior insights.

How you will contribute:

* Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud solutions for healthcare organizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.* Design, build and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant, secure, scalable, and efficient solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies.

* Partner with architects and business leaders to design and define technical requirements, integration points, and service solutions.* Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, along with leveraging Salesforce best practices for development and security.

* Oversee system integrations with third-party applications and internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7).

*Perform system audits, data analysis, and optimizations to improve Salesforce solutions and service performance.

* Think through long-term impacts of key design decisions and handle failure scenarios

* Form a holistic understanding of tools, key business concepts (data tables), and the data dependencies and team dependencies

* Help drive storage layer and API features roadmap and be responsible for the overall engineering (design, implementation, and testing)

* Build self-service platforms to empower users

* Lead development of high leverage projects and capabilities of the platform

Skills and qualifications:

* Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce Health Cloud features and integration with healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, HL7, etc.).

* Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, knowledge base, omnichannel support, service consoles, and automation tools.

* Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Salesforce multi-cloud solutions, data models, and security protocols.

* Hands-on experience with data migration, data management, and ETL processes.

* Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant are highly desirable

* Utilizes DevSecOps tools and methodologies to maintain security and operational standards.

* Designs and manages data models to support complex database environments.

* Applies Agile methodologies to enhance software development life cycles.

* Understands and implements data structures and algorithms for optimized performance.

* Integrates multiple systems to create cohesive and efficient IT environments.

* Navigates and advises on relational databases for complex data management tasks.

* Debugs software issues at advanced levels and contributes to debugging methodologies.

* Develop sophisticated software solutions and guides less experienced developers.

As an expert professional within the organization, you develop innovative solutions to complex problems aligned with organizational objectives. Your work involves addressing intricate issues, requiring in-depth analysis and judgment. You also engage with key contacts outside your expertise area and contribute to the development of new concepts and standards. Operating with considerable autonomy, you serve as a consultant to management and an external spokesperson on major matters, often working independently and leading function teams or projects. Additionally, you play a role in training and mentoring junior staff.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

133,000.00 - 209,000.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
