We are currently looking to fill a Staff Accounting position. In this role, the Staff Accountant provides accounting analysis, reconciliation, and schedule support for a variety of areas, including labor reporting, fixed assets, intercompany and collaboration activities, in connection with the Companys biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations. With the ongoing expansion of Regeneron, including its manufacturing operations, we are seeking an individual to contribute to a growing and dynamic environment.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

  • Responsible for various accounting-related tasks in connection with the Companys collaboration agreements, intercompany activities, Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO), and COGS.

  • Ownership of assessing and accounting for financial impacts of CMO service commitments.

  • Supports development of inventory standard costs, including external CMO rates

  • Collaborate with personnel from various other departments, including Procurement, External Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

  • Support accounting activities for Fixed Assets, Construction in Process, and related Capital Expenditure reporting.

  • Perform review, tracking, reporting, and other activities related to Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).

  • Applies GAAP and Companys accounting policies to perform accounting tasks, reconciliations, and analyses, as well as other month-end duties related to the closing process.

  • Recommends continuous improvement ideas to promote efficiency within the department.

  • Assists with audit requests from internal and external auditors, as well as other corporate requests.

  • Assists with the maintenance and development of internal controls and procedures and helps ensure all proper internal controls are performed in conformity with Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

To be considered for the Accountant level, you must have a bachelor's degree in in Accounting (or similar) with 0-2+ years of relevant accounting experience. Work in a manufacturing environment is a plus along with Excel and Oracle experience/skills.

To be considered for the Staff Accountant level, you must have a bachelor's degree in in Accounting (or similar) with 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience. Work in a manufacturing environment is a plus along with Excel and Oracle experience/skills.

Salary Range (annually)

$58,480.40 - $106,300.00
