The Position
As Manager of Academy and Franchise within the NNI Employee Experience team, the primary purpose is to employ performance consulting skills to identify gaps, validate needs, and propose solutions for developing impactful learning journeys. This includes proactively managing learning journeys within assigned areas of responsibility to enhance the skills within the therapy area portfolio. The primary aim is to create engaging learning experiences that elevate product and disease-state knowledge, empowering our sales teams to drive favorable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have performance consulting skills and experience designing engaging learning journeys aligned with measurable business objectives. In addition, they need project management experience. The learning solutions developed should be innovative and tailored to meet the needs of modern professionals and learners.
Relationships
Reports to the Associate Director, Academy and Franchise Employee Experience while collaborating closely with key Field, and Home Office NNI Employee Experience personnel. Partners closely with Low/Mid-levels of business unit management. Interacts with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Execution, Medical staff and other home office personnel regarding field training needs and proposed initiatives. Interacts with Enterprise business partners from functions including STARS, Human Resources, and Legal, Ethics & Compliance around learning and development needs. External relationships may include interaction with various outside partners to support In-House and Field NNI Employee Experience needs and/or facilitation. Requires matrix team influence on completion of desired project outcome (project core team, business sponsor, training sponsor, stakeholders, client group(s) etc.).

40-50% overnight travel required.
Qualifications
The base compensation range for this position is $155,000 to $165,000. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance.
Novo Nordisk offers long-term incentive compensation and or company vehicles depending on the position's level or other company factors.
