This position is based out of the Plainsboro, NJ location and follows all NNI guidance for remote/in office dedicated time. EST time-zone hours. We have multiple positions available and the candidate will cover various therapeutic areas.
The Position
The Manager – Academy and Franchise Employee Experience will report to the Associate Director, Academy and Franchise Employee Experience. This role will proactively recommend and execute the development and delivery of learning solutions to drive business outcomes. This individual will performance consult with client groups to identify business gaps and recommended remediation within. Will be responsible for curriculum management, as well as administration of KPIs. Learning solution development should be innovative, while meeting the needs of the modern professional and learner.
Relationships
Reports to the Assoc. Director, Academy and Franchise Employee Experience while collaborating closely with key Field, and Home Office NNI Employee Experience personnel. Partners closely with Low/Mid-levels of business unit management. Interacts with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Execution, Medical staff and other home office personnel regarding field training needs and proposed initiatives. Interacts with Enterprise business partners from functions including STARS, Human Resources, and Legal, Ethics & Compliance around learning and development needs. External relationships may include interaction with various outside partners to support In-House and Field NNI Employee Experience needs and/or facilitation. Requires matrix team influence on completion of desired project outcome (project core team, business sponsor, training sponsor, stakeholders, client group(s) etc.).

20-30% overnight travel required.
Qualifications
The base compensation range for this position is $155,000 to $165,000. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance.
Novo Nordisk offers long-term incentive compensation and or company vehicles depending on the position's level or other company factors.
