Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$154,500 - $226,600

What You’ll Be Doing 

As the leader of a software delivery team dedicated to patient engagement products, you will employ modern technologies, architectures, and agile methodologies to drive solution design and delivery, enhancing patient experiences and improving treatment outcomes. Through close collaboration with our user experience and technology foundation teams, you will ensure that these products effectively address patients' needs. Furthermore, you will work in partnership with peers to influence and refine the development process as we scale, establishing an operation that is both impactful and adaptive to business and patient requirements.

How You’ll Succeed: 

  • As a Delivery Manager, you will bring your leadership, strategy and technical experience to design and build applications that exceed product goals and transform the ecosystem. 
  • Leveraging your strong background in software product delivery you will guide the teams work, resourcing, budgeting and help solve complex problems, ensuring delivery success.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to develop and influence roadmaps and release plans, ensuring alignment between features and business value across the delivery team.
  • By maximizing the potential of your team, providing guidance, mentorship while fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation.
  • Driving process change, continuously evaluating and enhancing software engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • As a superb communicator and influencer with strong interpersonal skills, you will work and collaborate effectively with your team and product stakeholders. 
  • Setting clear, objectives, scope and schedules, ensuring the team understanding of expectations and priorities.

What You Should Bring:

  • Experience leading complex software engineering projects from inception to production.
  • Professional experience in software delivery, specializing in the development of customer-facing applications using tools such as Jira and Confluence, with a strong proficiency in agile delivery methodologies
  • An ability to think bigger, develop and drive strategy at the ecosystem level shaping the technology and experience customer receive
  • Demonstrated ability to scope, schedule and resource multiple complex projects in collaboration with other cross functional partners.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive professional with exceptional communication skills. Capable of effectively conveying complex ideas and presenting compelling arguments in both technical and non-technical contexts.
  • Excellent cross-functional influencer with experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching.
  • A working understanding of core concepts related to Web Development, Machine Learning/AI and Data Engineering.
  • Experiencing growing and maturing software engineering teams to efficiently deliver high quality software products.

Your Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related technical field
  • 5+ years working in software delivery leadership roles
  • Experience with web and cloud technologies

  • This role is located in Indianapolis, IN (relocation required)
