Senior Associate, Patient Access, Inflammation, Specialty ChannelWhat you will doLets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will support the Specialty Pharmacy (SP) Channel Team in execution of Patient Access & Reimbursement (PAR) strategy and tactical plans for the Inflammation Business Unit (IBU), with primary focus on Otezla.
- Partner with the Channel Lead in mapping market changes in fulfilment processes, including identification of key suppliers/vendors, and assist with development of a management strategy (e.g. eHubs, non-dispensing pharmacies, Biologic Coordinators, Specialty Pharmacies, electronic Prior Authorizations (ePAs), electronic Benefit Verification (eBV), etc.)
- Lead tracking of all access related marketing messages, claims, and Data On file (DOF) and manage Channel team review process of marketing materials with cross functional partners. This includes ability to provide first review of all materials for alignment with access strategy, messaging guidelines, and past legal and regulatory feedback.
- Manage the creation of access DOFs in collaboration with cross functional partners on the Value and Access (V&A) and Data Analytics teams.
- Assist with aggregation of observations and with translating those observations into strategic insights from our Field Access Specialists (FAS), Patient advisory boards, co-pay message testing, Call center, field sales access council feedback, etc.)
- Take lead on updating or creating Patient Access related materials such as SP flashcards, the Otezla SP product fact sheet, MMIT Coverage Flashcards and Rep Triggered Emails (RTEs), and Field Sales materials and own the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) submission and approval process.
- Manage inventory and print collateral for access marketing materials including budget and quantity forecasting in alignment with strategic priorities for each Field Sales Team (Dermatology, Rheumatology, and Primary Care)
- Own Purchase Orders (POs) and budget management for PAR channel team, including oversight of our Agency of Record (AOR) spend, and coordination across all team budget owners.
- Lead Amgen SupportPlus tactics and collaboration for the Derm and Rheum Portfolio, including accountability for Otezla and Enbrel messages and materials on all Amgen SupportPlus websites (HCP and patient)
Act as primary contact for Global Service Center including forecasting, agency management, and system lead for submission of new projects

Basic Qualifications:
Masters degree
OrBachelors degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience
OrAssociates degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience
OrHigh school diploma / GED and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or medical experience and understanding of Healthcare Industry.
- Experience in marketing, sales, specialty pharmacy, or market access and reimbursement.
- Experience working with agencies or publishers to develop and produce materials.
- Experience working with Patient Support Programs (PSPs), Payer/Health Plans, or Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
- Experience with legal, regulatory, or compliance approval processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, exercise strong judgment, and ability to work under limited supervision.
- Experience navigating cross-functional team collaboration and ability to build productive partnerships and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated strength in project management and problem solving, is detail oriented, results-driven, with solution-oriented mentality.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
