  • Leverage experience in cross-functional team environments to lead multiple engineering teams and individual contributors, ensuring plant goals are met while preparing for future expansion.

  • Ensure a safe work environment by following safety guidelines and policies and enforcing compliance with California state, regulatory, and federal EPA regulations. Oversee the repair, maintenance, and operation of regulated systems following the requirements of relevant agencies.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

  • Operate with agility and a learning mindset to drive continuous improvement.

  • Have knowledge of engineering operations (e.g., facilities, utilities, maintenance, and design).

  • Proficient to the operation and maintenance of several utility systems including WFI, RO, clean steam, plant steam, compressed air, nitrogen, boilers, HVAC for cleanrooms, refrigeration, and wastewater treatment plants.

  • Understand the design, installation, and maintenance of Electrical Services and equipment that support a complex manufacturing plant.
