Job DescriptionAbout the role:The Territory Business Manager will drive Immunology sales growth through execution of sales strategies. As part of the PI Sales Team, you will report to Sr. Regional Business Director.
How you will contribute:- Collaborate with Regional Business Director and multiple customer-facing team members to ensure patients are supported through their PI journey.
- Drive demand generation efforts through a focus on healthcare professionals. The HCPs should be educated and informed on Takeda brands for Primary Immune Disease patients.
- You will manage through the complexity of the IG marketplace (distribution, site of care).
- You will work with third-party specialty pharmacies to ensure patients receive access to therapy.
- You must compliantly follow all policies and guidelines and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and exudes Takeda culture and values.
Required:
- Clinical sales background with a Bachelor of Science degree (minimum)
- 7+ years of demonstrated successful relevant healthcare experience managing and being accountable for own business.
- Work across organizational functions.
- Results driven- a track record of results and compliance throughout career.
- Understanding of customers motivations and needs.
- Business acumen and knowledge of sales processes.
- Territory planning skills are required.
- Experience displaying the ability to excel both in team and individual contributor settings.
- Effective at acquiring and analyzing customer data to create sales strategies.
- Change agility skills and experiences required.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of and experience in Immunology is desirable.
- Biotech experience desirable.
- Experience with Specialty Pharmacy is encouraged.
- Results in influencing HCPs to prescribe and product launch experience.
- Conduct physician engagements on evenings, including the execution of Peer-to-Peer programming.
- Requirement to support conventions and meetings supporting Immunology.
- Want to participate in a culture that puts the patient at the center of all that we do.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to travel 70% of the time, including ability to travel overnight and occasionally on weekends
- Must be 18 years of age or older with valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Must have authorization and ability to drive a company leased vehicle or rental

138,400.00 - 190,300.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
