Executive Support Specialist

We are looking for Operations Support of the Regeneron Executive Leadership team including Apple and Windows computers, peripherals, and mobility devices.

As an Executive Support Specialist, a typical day may include the following:

• Provide day to day white glove process and technical support to Senior Executives and their administrative assistants

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs and Apple Macbooks, Apple mobile devices, printers, videoconferncing, Teams Enterprise Voice, business applications, telecommunications, and local network issues.

• Perform daily walkarounds of the executive wing and check in with executive admins

• Support Board member mobility devices and applications.

• Provide onsite support coverage for Executive board meetings, including shareholder meetings, earnings calls and other internal and external global streaming events.

• Provide clients support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.

• Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications as related to iPads and iPhones

• Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves

To be considered for this role, you must have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems and/or 8+ years of support experience with iPhones and iPads. Must be onsite at least 3 days a week subject to management discretion.
