Job DescriptionAbout the role:
The External Communications, Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing positive relations with external audiences, including the general public, shareholders, investors, and government. This role focuses on influencing public opinion, government policy, and legislative direction to protect and promote the organization's reputation and improve its regulatory and economic environments.
How you will contribute:
* Manage large projects or processes with limited oversight
* Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals
* Lead media relations initiatives and handle complex media interactions
* Craft well-structured content for various complex scenarios
* Engage diverse audiences through advanced public speaking skills
* Perform complex editing tasks and make improvement recommendations
* Execute strategies for brand awareness and guide team members
* Create and deliver persuasive and impactful presentations
* Lead marketing communications efforts and apply knowledge to complex situations
* Manage tasks requiring high attention to detail and advise others
* Apply advanced techniques in influencing others and coach team members
* Handle highly complex business development situations and mentor others

* Advanced writing ability, capable of crafting well-structured content for a variety of complex scenarios and can mentor others in improving their writing skills.

* Excels in engaging diverse audiences through advanced public speaking skills, capable of improvising and adapting speeches in complex situations.
* Performs complex editing tasks independently and can coach others, making improvement recommendations.
* Advanced in brand awareness, can independently execute strategies in complex situations and guide others on the team, making improvement recommendations.
* Highly skilled in self-motivation, able to persist through highly complex challenges independently and provides guidance to others on staying motivated.
* Skilled in creating and delivering persuasive and impactful presentations in a variety of complex situations, able to mentor others in developing their presentation skills.
* Fully capable of leading marketing communications efforts, advising others, and applying knowledge to highly complex situations.
* Excellently manages tasks requiring high attention to detail, independently addresses complex scenarios, and advises others on maintaining precision.
* Fully independent in influencing others, capable of applying advanced techniques in complex situations and coaching others on influencing skills.

As an experienced professional, you specialize in solving various complex problems, sometimes referring to established precedents and policies. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
