We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge software systems and applications. We are seeking individuals with extensive experience in Dynamics 365 solutions, including defining technical architecture and strategy, and leading design and deployment efforts. Your ability to develop IT solutions that enhance system stability, performance, and maintainability, along with strong skills in risk management (RAID), is crucial. Proficiency in prototyping, proof of concept development, and resolving production issues is essential. A solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, project implementation, and technical analysis and testing is highly valued. Experience in creating and managing policies for a secure Dynamics 365 environment, integrating solutions across business functions, and managing databases within the Dynamics 365 ERP system is crucial. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with extensive experience in IT architecture, skilled in designing secure, scalable Dynamics 365 solutions, and adept at managing technical teams and stakeholder relationships while continously learning emergining technologies relevent to the organization. Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership and Strategy: Coordinate the daily activities of a team defining the technical architecture and strategy for Dynamics 365 solutions, including major enhancements and features. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the team to translate organizational requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable D365 solutions.
- Solution Development and Implementation: Oversee the design, prototyping, and deployment of IT solutions, ensuring they enhance stability, performance, and maintainability. Conduct thorough technical analysis, design, construction, and testing to deliver secure IT solutions that meet organizational requirements.
- Standardization and Knowledge Sharing: Promote standardization in service offerings, documentation, and automation to maintain a secure and standardized environment. Foster the understanding and use of enterprise architecture across all organizational levels, ensuring continuous learning and adaptation to emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8 or more years' experience, including 0-2 years' supervisory experience or
equivalent experience. - Dynamics 365 Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 solutions, including architecture, deployment, and integration.
- Technical Architecture and Strategy: Proven ability to define and implement technical architecture and strategy for enterprise solutions.
- IT Solutions Development: Experience in developing site navigation, design frameworks, and enhancing system stability, performance, and maintainability.
- Risk Management (RAID): Proficiency in identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions throughout the systems lifecycle.
- Prototyping and Benchmarking: Skills in leading prototyping, proof of concept development, and benchmarking activities.
- Production Issue Resolution: Experience in identifying and resolving production issues within an enterprise environment.
- Enterprise Architecture: Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and their application across an organization.
- Project Implementation: Experience in implementing projects and setting up monitoring systems using Dynamics 365 products and services.
- Technical Analysis and Testing: Strong background in technical analysis, design, construction, and testing of IT solutions.
- Policy and Automation Management: Ability to create and manage policies, monitoring, and automation to maintain a secure Dynamics 365 environment.
- Integration Expertise: Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 solutions across various business functions.
- Database Management: Experience in developing and managing databases within the Dynamics 365 ERP system.
- Develop and manage STR Profile databases within the Dynamics 365 ERP system: Ensure efficient intake and processing of data to support business operations. Oversee research, information gathering, data interpretation, requirement identification, and solution creation. Stay updated on emerging technologies and their potential applications to the organization.
Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $145,000 to $160,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
