The Position
The Summer Associate Program at Novo Nordisk is a high-caliber, competitive opportunity for first year graduate level students. For 12 weeks, summer associates will be immersed in the environment of a global pharmaceutical company and will be challenged with strategic planning and implementation project work. The Summer Associate Program is offered in business-critical units of the enterprise that will provide summer associates with an innovative and enriched hands-on, full-time work experience.
The Summer Associate Program also includes instructor-led trainings, a leadership engagement series, and a guided mentorship program to offer professional and personal development.
Program Start: May 19th, 2025.
Program End: August 8th, 2025.
Scope of Position
The Enterprise Strategy summer associate will assist in developing mid to long-term strategies for the North American business to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing health care ecosystem, and to capitalize on future growth opportunities. The summer associate will also support the effective implementation of our strategy across the value chain.
The summer associate will research and analyze market trends, meet with company leaders to understand regional capabilities and growth needs, and help develop strategy and support the execution. Additionally, the summer associate will conduct analyses and develop presentations to communicate insights and recommendations on how to manage opportunities and challenges over the mid to long-term horizon to sustain our growth ambition. This project work will be done in a highly collaborative team environment.
