Regeneron is currently looking for an Associate Manager- Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources (HR) team. The HRBP understands business challenges and will support the development of solutions that address client needs. This role builds strong links between HR strategy and business strategy. This role acts as an advisor to people leaders on organizational and HR-related issues, including but not limited to, performance management, employee relations, change management, employee and leadership development, organization design and efficiency, talent acquisition, wellness, DEI, and employee engagement to promote and maintain a high-performance culture.

As an Associate Manager- HRBP, a typical day might include the following:

  • Works independently, as a member of the HRBP team, and a member of the client group team.
  • Builds a collaborative and trusted relationship and partnership with managers and the HR team.
  • Partners with more senior HRBPs or business staff in other departments to resolve issues or problems outside own area of expertise.
  • Participates in various initiatives and projects.
  • Responsibilities supporting client group may include:
  • Develops an understanding of client groups business operations, leadership team, workflow and culture.
  • Identifies and understands issues in their client group, partners to develop plans for resolution, participates in implementing solutions.
  • Participates in a variety of interactions with staff at all levels including senior management to early career, including hourly and salaried employees. Many of our departments are 24x7 (including 3rd shift and weekends).
  • Actively participates in actions related to employee engagement and retention of talent.
  • Serves as a sounding board to people leaders.
  • Uses HR Metrics to provide insight to senior management on attrition, performance, engagement, employee relations, and other measures of success.
  • Supports organizational development and change; facilitates all phases of change management, ensures linkage to company goals, considers impact to employees and the client group. Participates in roll out, communications and implementation.
  • Partners with the business team and employees to improve employee performance, growth and development.
  • Works with managers and employees to help tackle people related challenges, keeping in mind precedence and business needs, including partnering with internal HR specialists.
  • Ensures the client group understand talent development and leadership development opportunities, ensures participation, and follow through as appropriate.
  • Collaborates with Learning & Talent Development to identify and coordinate training support and programs.
  • Works as a partner to the business team to facilitate mid-year and year-end performance management cycle.
  • Partners with Employee Relations as it relates to performance management and investigations.
  • Provides coaching and support to employees and to managers through various steps of employee relations matters.
  • Ensures that HR policies and practices are applied consistently.
  • Works as partner with Center of Excellence (COEs): Talent Acquisition, Learning & Talent Development, DEI, Comp and Benefits, Payroll, HR Systems, Corp Affairs, and others.
  • Participates in the interview and debrief process.

To be considered for the Associate Manager- HRBP position you must be willing and able to work Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. You must have a BS/BA in Human Resources or related discipline; MBA or MS is preferred. For various levels you must have the following:

  • Associate Manager/ HRBP: 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Manager/HRBP: 7+years of relevant experience

Experience working in 24x7 operational/ manufacturing environment: Pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, biotechnology is preferred. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.

$89,100.00 - $170,100.00
