Brief Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and self-motivated individual to join our team. This is a non-supervisory position responsible for developing and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to achieve Region & Program Operations strategic plans and USP organizational goals. This role will lead creating and executing a digital marketing strategy and digital marketing campaigns to drive maximum impact (public health mission and sustainability) for USP portfolio of documentary standards, reference standards, and physical materials. The position plays a critical role in the organizations ability to increase program and product awareness, customer engagement and deliver KPIs that drive growth. The incumbent oversees development of creative, content and assets (video, white papers, graphics, images, copy, etc.) for targeted digital marketing channels including social, email, and web in collaboration with other digital marketing and global communications staff.

The Senior Digital Campaigns Manager has the following responsibilities:

Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Leveraging this positions expertise in digital marketing channels and strategies, they strive to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives. They possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

  1. Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
  2. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure campaign success and professional development, to colleagues when consulted.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and design, to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
  4. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and generate actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  5. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, continuously enhancing the effectiveness of campaigns.
  6. Manage campaign budgets, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Cultivate and lead strategic partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and platforms to expand reach and enhance campaign capabilities.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Who is USP Looking For?

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:

  1. Bachelors degree in marketing, business, life sciences or another related field.
  2. At least eight (8) years of hands-on experience with marketing/digital marketing of products, services, or solutions in the pharma, life sciences or healthcare industry within depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools, CRM software and best practices.
  3. At least two (2) years of experience in product/brand marketing role or customer-facing role in the Pharma or healthcare industry.
  4. At least (2) years of experience leading and managing teams in a highly matrixed organization.
  5. Expertise in social media (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube), email, blogs, display advertising, SEO/SEM.
  6. Expertise in Salesforce and a Marketing Automation Platform (Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, etc.).

Additional Desired Preferences

  1. A masters in business administration and/or completion of certificate program in digital marketing area of expertise.
  2. Knowledge and experience working with Tableau.
  3. Excellent writing and editing skills.
  4. This person should have strong communication skills, be patient and detail-oriented, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong analytical and financial acumen with business-driven mindset.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: USD $121,000.00 153,500.00 annually.

Target Annual Bonus: 13% Varies based on level of role

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidates skill set, experience, qualifications, equity and other job-related reasons.
