Here’s What You Will Do:
Essential Functions You Will Be Responsible For:
Phase 3 Asset Strategy:
- Serve as a key member and strategic thought leader on program development teams (PDTs)
- As part of PDTs provide commercial and portfolio-level strategic insight to help guide PDTs on product strategy and phase 3 program design
Commercialization Strategy
- In collaboration/consultation with relevant cross-functional partners:
- Drive pre-launch brand planning process
- Perform physician and patient segmentation
- Create branding and positioning and messaging
- Build value strategy and data generation plan
- Update sales and demand forecasts
- Assess competitive landscape and strategic implications
- Design commercial model for US launch
Life-Cycle Strategy
- Provide Commercial input into new indication selection, target product profile and development plan
- Build business case and provide input on enhancements to product presentation
Potential future partner Interactions (if appropriate)
- Provide insights into criteria for optimal partners
- Serve on Joint commercialization Committee
- Generate key insights for commercialization to inform discussions
Portfolio strategy and planning
- Participate and be a strategic thought partner to refine a portfolio plan in support of overall corporate strategy and objectives
- Lead cross functional strategic projects and new opportunity assessments
- Establish and manage the NPP budget for the phase 3 asset
- Effectively and professionally represent the organization and its mission with external partners and stakeholders

Here’s What You Will Bring to Anaptys:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or life sciences, advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years’ relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of the immunology and inflammation landscape, with experience in dermatology and rheumatology strongly preferred
- Experience shaping the development of advanced therapy biologic products for commercial success
- US in-line sales and marketing experience with biologics in immunology
- Global commercial experience including Europe preferred
- Thorough knowledge of drug development and experience with portfolio strategy development
- Proven track record of thoughtful, data-driven development and stewardship of product strategy
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be a strategic communicator within the organization
- Evidence of sound budget responsibility
- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and the foresight to bring in or build key functions during ongoing growth phases.
- Seeks input from SMEs and fosters exceptional performance of cross-functional teams.

AnaptysBio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on delivering innovative immunology therapeutics.
