Job DescriptionJob Posting Title Senior Manager, IBD Sales and AccountAbout the role:Join Takeda as a Senior Manager in IBD Sales and Account Analytics, where you will oversee the analysis for a specific portfolio of products related to a particular disease state. Your role will involve collaborating with the sales and account/KAM teams to address business questions and generate reports on healthcare professionals, accounts, and patient-level analytics. Utilizing your expertise in data analytics and storytelling, you will connect insights to produce clear, creative, and actionable reports that support the Sales and Marketing teams and other key stakeholders within the IBD franchise.
How you will contribute:Coordinates with cross-functional partners to build and maintain account hierarchies that link HCPs to accounts and accounts to parents
Adds own perspective and synthesizes groups’ insights into actionable reports focusing on the “why” and “actionability ” behind the data.
Spearheads initiatives that provide insights into industry specific classes of trade such as Alternative Sites of Care (ASOCs), Physician Group Practices (PGPs), Hospitals and Public Health Service (PHS) entities.
Identifies and proactively seeks out opportunities to automate processes to reduce errors and to free up time for more creative work on existing deliverables.
Evaluates, recommends, and communicates appropriate models/techniques and industry knowledge to other team members.
Manages consultants and vendors, including onboarding, direction, and budget.
Builds and maintains a learning and continuous-development environment to ensure employee engagement and growth.
Manages projects from initiation to implementation including the ability to track timelines and due dates for key deliverables.
Responsible for aligning quarterly customer target list with brand strategy to ensure all facets of the promotional side of the business are in lock-step
BA or BS in a relevant analytical field such as statistics, informatics, or analytics etc.
6+ years quantitative analytical experience
Experience in the Autoimmune/IBD space preferred; experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
Experience performing field-based analytics (sales and/or account) as well as Master Data Management (MDM) required
Advanced knowledge of coding techniques in SAS and SQL (or Python, R, VBA, or similar languages) required.
Experience with Third Party Industry Commercial data sets required e.g., Komodo, IQVIA/IMS, SHA/Symphony Health, Patient Services and Specialty Pharmacy data.
Preferred:
MBA with a focus on healthcare or Masters in data analytics/informatics preferred.
Knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including primary research, segmentation, targeting, direct marketing and customer care) preferred
Experience with Order Management (ERP) and Contract Management Account data related analytics preferred, not required.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview or similar platforms preferred

USA - MA - Hayden - 45-55U.S. Base Salary Range:
$133,000.00 - $209,000.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S.based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
