The Position
This position will support the facilities team by assisting with deviations, CAPA's, CCA's, and projects for the Facilities and EHS department to closure within established metrics.

Reports to: According to the organizational chart
Number of subordinates with direct/indirect referral: n/a
Essential Functions
- Ensures the timely completion of all Plant Services quality issues (CAPA’s, Deviations, CCA’s, audit responses)
- Support and participate in departmental and cross departmental projects. The role may also support Facilities Engineering and EHS projects
- This position will also support regulatory inspections (GMP and non-GMP regulatory compliance) including completing assigned corrective actions resulting from these inspections
- At the direction of the FMA, maintain team and site (EHS) performance metrics
- Review and revise standard operating procedures relative to Plant Services systems
- Understand and work in quality systems
- Performs all job duties and responsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with the Novo Nordisk Way and all applicable healthcare laws, regulations and industry codes

Physical Requirements
0-10% overnight travel required. The ability to climb, reach, stand, and walk. The ability to push, pull, lift, finger, feel, and grasp. The ability to speak, listen, and understand verbal and written communication. Repetition including substantial movement of wrists, hands, and or fingers. Lifting up to 10 of force occasionally. Sedentary work – walking and standing are required only occasionally. Visual acuity to perform close activities such as: reading, writing, and analyzing; and to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations.
Qualifications
- Education and Certifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of eight (8) years relevant facilities/manufacturing experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline with three (3) years of work experience
