Responsibilities:Software Development and Innovation:Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art software applications, leveraging technologies such as AI/ML, Model N, Tableau, AWS, MuleSoft, Data Bricks, and Redshift. Prioritize scalable and high-performance systems that deliver impactful results.
Quality Assurance and Automation:Develop and implement automated testing and CI/CD frameworks to ensure software reliability and performance. Focus on delivering products that set a benchmark for quality and functionality.
Technical Documentation:Produce detailed Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation, including system architectures, API interfaces, and algorithm descriptions.
Agile Development:Lead product releases using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
Thought Leadership:Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in AI/ML and software engineering, inspiring peers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Full-Stack Development:Engage in full-stack development, utilizing cloud services, cloud-native tools, and advanced design patterns. Implement both front-end and back-end components for optimal user experience.
API Integration:Develop and implement robust API solutions for seamless integration and efficient data exchange between various software platforms and systems.
Data Management:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Implement data optimization techniques and manage database systems for high availability and performance.

Basic Qualifications:Masters degreeOR
Bachelors degree and 2 years of engineering experience
OrAssociates degree and 6 years of engineering experience
OrHigh school diploma / GED and 8 years of engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:Programming Skills:Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++. A proven foundation in computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design. Working experience with Machine Learning techniques and programming is a strong plus.
Platform Expertise:Experience with platforms like Model N, AWS, MuleSoft, Data Bricks, Tosca, and Redshift. Emphasis on creating scalable and high-performance systems.
Financial Systems Knowledge:Familiarity with the Pharma industry's revenue management, billing systems, and financial processes.
API and Integration:Experience in developing robust API solutions and integrating diverse platforms.
Agile Experience:Familiarity with Agile methodology and leading teams in an Agile environment.
Cloud and Full-Stack Development:Skills in full-stack development within cloud environments, applying cloud-native tools for both front-end and back-end components.
Data Management:Experience in master data management, data optimization techniques, and database system management.
Team Collaboration:Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment, focusing on addressing technical challenges and business needs!

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
