Position Title Returned Materials Sr. Specialist- NASSC
Responsibilities Position responsible for all Customer Service functions for Finished Product
Returns. To respond to Customer inquiries for Returned products, process
Indigent Patient Returns.


Key Objectives/Deliverables

  • Answer customer requests via phone or email regarding credit adjustments,
  • inquiries and disputes
  • Process Customer Adjustments in SAP.
  • Train employees that will work with returns-oriented processes.
  • Process returns from multiple customers in SAP.
  • Collaborate with corporate disbursements and Accounts Receivable for
  • credit reimbursement questions, problems, and resolutions.
  • Trouble shooting and account reconciliation with wholesalers / retailers.
  • Responsible for complying with FDA, DEA, SOX, CIA, RCRA and OSHA
  • requirements.
  • Constantly look for improvements in productivity, compliance, and data
  • accuracy.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in collaborating with Third Party
  • processors.
  • Assist Management in local process audits.
  • Review and approval of large return order reimbursements.
  • Be a safety advocate for the Returns Operation by providing safe work
  • environment and promoting safety amongst the team.
  • Execute any IT testing within SAP system in relation to Returns Processing
  • for special assignments
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity and good documentation practices
  • while performing job tasks.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma

Additional Skills/Preferences

  • Demonstrated computer skills and use of various software programs.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, and sound decision making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP – O2C Functionality.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to
  • details.
  • Data Entry skills.
