The role is hybrid 3 days onsite, based at our HQ campus in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This role is not open to fully remote-based work arrangements.
As our Manager, Talent Management, a typical day might include the following:
- Develop and implement career development programs that provide employees with the skills, knowledge, and experiences required to achieve their career goals.
- Manage the talent marketplace, ensuring that it effectively matches employees with opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and career aspirations. You will work closely with our team to identify the best opportunities for our employees.
- Create and implement talent programming initiatives that support our talent management strategy and enhance our talent pipeline. We value innovation and creativity, and your ideas will be key to our success.
- Use data analytics to inform talent management decisions and strategies, and to measure the effectiveness of career development, talent marketplace, and employee experience initiatives. Your analytical skills will be key to our success.
- Stay informed of trends and best practices in career development, talent marketplace, and employee experience, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement. We believe in continuous learning and development, and we value your input and expertise.

To be considered for this opportunity you must posses a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management or a related HR role, with a focus on career development, talent marketplace, and employee experience. Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.
