Regeneron, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking an experienced and highly strategic Executive Director of Global Talent Management. This role will be responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive array of services and functions, including talent management, succession planning, career development, and strategic workforce planning. The Executive Director will partner with Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Business Partners and Leaders throughout the organization to provide trends, insights, and data to support organizational development, learning, and leadership needs. A key aspect of this role will be driving next-generation talent practices and utilizing insights to ensure Regeneron remains at the forefront of the biotechnology industry.

A typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Talent Management/Programs: Lead the development and implementation of talent management strategies and initiatives that align with Regeneron's overall business strategy. Implement programs as needed to fill gaps.
  • Succession Planning: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Regeneron's succession planning programs. Implement talent development strategies as appropriate, such as HiPO programs.
  • Career Development: Direct the creation and execution of comprehensive career development plans for all Regeneron employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Workforce Planning: Manage the workforce planning process, including forecasting, talent pipeline development, and workforce gap analysis. Partner with insights functions as required to support workforce plans.
  • Future Work Trends: Collaborate with the CoEs for Talent Development, Inclusion, and Innovation Culture to stay abreast of emerging trends in the future of work and incorporate these trends into talent management and workforce planning strategies.
  • Next Generation Talent Practices: Drive the development and implementation of next-generation talent practices, ensuring Regeneron remains innovative and competitive in the talent landscape.
  • Utilize Insights: Leverage data and insights to inform talent strategies, drive decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Partnership: Partner with other Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Talent Acquisition (TA) within HR to ensure a unified approach to talent management and development across the organization. Provide direction to recruitment marketing and pipelining leads.

  • Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on talent management, succession planning, and career development Five years of proven Leadership experience.

Salary Range (annually)

$246,200.00 - $410,300.00
