What you will do
Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will have primary responsibility for developing and driving consumer marketing campaigns and programs to support the Consumer Marketing Team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of Thyroid Eye Disease (TED) and the unique characteristics of TED patients and their behaviors, drivers, and barriers.
- Partner with the Consumer Marketing team to manage internal and external partners on day-to-day program optimization of branded and unbranded tactics, ensuring they drive toward strategic goals.
- Manage Nurse Advocate program, including updates to FAQ document and script.
- Manage Peer-To-Peer engagement program and corresponding promotional support tactics.
- Assist in management of monthly patient webinars, including facilitating webinars and managing corresponding promotional support tactics.
- Assist manager in developing patient testimonial videos.
- Update and maintain resource videos on brand website.
- Maintain ownership of the quality and consistency of brand and DSE campaign branding.
- Form and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional business partners including Brand Communications, Advocacy, Patient Engagement and HCP Marketing.
- Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal reviewers across multiple materials to ensure tactics are aligned with Amgens standards.
- Support marketing analytics, insights and optimizations for consumer tactics.
- Stay on top of changing category trends and regularly communicate opportunities and insights.

Basic Qualifications:
Masters degree
OR
Bachelors degree and 2 years of relevant work experience driving across consumer and/or digital channels to positively drive customer engagement experience
Or
Associates degree and 6 years of relevant work experience driving across consumer and/or digital channels to positively drive customer engagement experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of relevant work experience driving across consumer and/or digital channels to positively drive customer engagement experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior marketing and/or agency experience in healthcare.
- Knowledge of data analysis and ability to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and the impact on consumer marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of medical/legal/regulatory submissions and review process.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and resources concurrently on time and on budget.
- Strong team player, with the ability to work with a variety of personality types across a matrixed organization.
- Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, proactive demeanor.
- Proven self-starter with a desire to grow and expand marketing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Requires approximately 10-20% travel, including some overnight and weekend commitments.
