Product Manager

Experience in Product Management and a background in Cell Biology or relative field (Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics/Genomics, or Pharmacology) required.

Responsibilities

• Market Research and Product Roadmap Development: Conduct interviews, surveys, and voice-of-market analysis to formulate optimal product roadmaps and inform new launches. 
• Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a strategic plan, executing growth strategies and regularly assessing the product portfolio for competitiveness. 
• Business Opportunity Assessment: Conduct research to assess business opportunities, leading cross-functional teams through the new product introduction process. 
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Measure and report on product line performance, optimizing the marketing mix and ensuring continual improvement of the product portfolio. 

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Biology (Cell, Molecular, Micro), Biochemistry, Genetics/Genomics, or Pharmacology.
• Minimum 8 years work experience in a technical, marketing or product management in a relevant industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, research, or clinical lab).
• Market understanding of regulatory landscape - USP, FDA, EMA, CFDA, etc. will be a bonus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product portfolios and leading new product introductions. 
• Experience in conducting market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis. 

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
