Position Summary & Responsibilities
Performs the duties for warehouse processes and best practices, such as receiving, inspection, cycle counting, shipping, and internal issuance of materials.
- Ensures orderly production and distribution of product by puling orders from inventory
- Records inventory locations and shortage reporting
- Maintains in-process inventory by pulling and verifying, delivering and opening materials listed on production orders
- Able to follow simple direction
- Verifies product needed for production order pulling
- Identifies discrepancies, resolves and inconsistencies and alerts the area management of the findings
- Maintains material handling equipment by completing pre-use inspection
- Ensures that the material pulled is on time to keep manufacturing stocked
- Follows SOP's set in place for basic operations related to the job
- Assures compliance to cGMP quality systems
- Learn and adhere to company safety regulations
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Supports internal and external customers
- Other duties may be assigned by Management to help support business needs
- Schedule - Monday through Friday, 2pm - 11pm with rotating weekends with the team members
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with a working knowledge of warehouse processes and best practices, such as receiving, inspection, cycle counting, shipping, and internal issuance of materials
Must have a clear understanding of the importance and have the integrity and ability to follow written instructions within a cGMP environment.
Must safely and properly handle materials/equipment in a manner so as to preserve the integrity of the material/equipment.
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
Must be able to safely and properly lift 50 pounds.
Must display attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Previous experience utilizing ERP systems is a plus
Trained, certified, or experienced operating forklifts and any other warehouse equipment a plus
This position may also include the following conditions:
- Handling hazardous material
- Temperatures below 32 degrees
- Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of time
- Activities occurring inside and outside
- Temperature changes
- Noise
- Moving material on pallets and by hand

- Use of data equipment accurately to ensure continuous support to manufacturing
- Inventory accountability when pulling material for production orders
- Works independently with limited supervision
- Operation of warehouse equipment
- Continuous improvement of warehouse operations to meet internal and external customer expectations
- Resolve any discrepancies with material inventory
