Position Summary & Responsibilities

Performs the duties for warehouse processes and best practices, such as receiving, inspection, cycle counting, shipping, and internal issuance of materials.

• Ensures orderly production and distribution of product by puling orders from inventory
• Records inventory locations and shortage reporting
• Maintains in-process inventory by pulling and verifying, delivering and opening materials listed on production orders
• Able to follow simple direction
• Verifies product needed for production order pulling
• Identifies discrepancies, resolves and inconsistencies and alerts the area management of the findings
• Maintains material handling equipment by completing pre-use inspection
• Ensures that the material pulled is on time to keep manufacturing stocked
• Follows SOP's set in place for basic operations related to the job
• Assures compliance to cGMP quality systems
• Learn and adhere to company safety regulations
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Supports internal and external customers
• Other duties may be assigned by Management to help support business needs
• Schedule - Monday through Friday, 2pm - 11pm with rotating weekends with the team members

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with a working knowledge of warehouse processes and best practices, such as receiving, inspection, cycle counting, shipping, and internal issuance of materials

• Must have a clear understanding of the importance and have the integrity and ability to follow written instructions within a cGMP environment.

• Must safely and properly handle materials/equipment in a manner so as to preserve the integrity of the material/equipment.​

• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.

• Must be able to safely and properly lift 50 pounds.

• Must display attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Previous experience utilizing ERP systems is a plus

• Trained, certified, or experienced operating forklifts and any other warehouse equipment a plus

This position may also include the following conditions:

• Handling hazardous material
• Temperatures below 32 degrees
• Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of time
• Activities occurring inside and outside
• Temperature changes
• Noise
• Moving material on pallets and by hand

• Use of data equipment accurately to ensure continuous support to manufacturing
• Inventory accountability when pulling material for production orders
• Works independently with limited supervision
• Operation of warehouse equipment
• Continuous improvement of warehouse operations to meet internal and external customer expectations
• Resolve any discrepancies with material inventory

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00 per hour. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
