Our Regeneron Global Procurement Team is looking for a Manager, Global Procurement supporting the CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) space with experience in end-to-end procurement strategies, processes, and global category execution. This Manager will be a part of an amazing team reporting to the Director of Global Procurement - Direct organization.

A typical day might include the following:
  • Leading and working with others to solve issues of diverse scope and provide analysis considering current business trends.
  • Improve efficiency and produce high quality work in a cross functional environment.
  • Drafting and negotiating specific local/global contractual agreements, while working with the internal legal department and inspire changes that are critical to Regeneron.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for respective area and spend responsibility.
  • Solicit and analyze request for proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure contract objectives are delivered (business needs, savings, SLAs, etc.).

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study plus relevant, progressive experience in procurement, including experience in Pharma/BioPharma. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding with sourcing contracting tools, ERPs, and eRFx systems preferred. (Oracle, Zycus, Ariba, Other). A plus would be having knowledge of CMO activity within the formulation, filling, medical device, and / or combination products space. A CPSM/CPM/CTPE Certification is helpful. This role will require being onsite Monday-Friday. A relocation assistance package is available for those who qualify.

Salary Range (annually)

$104,300.00 - $170,100.00
