Job DescriptionThis position reports to Shift D (Weekend Swing), which includes a shift allowance according to the shift schedule. This shift schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 10 am – 10:30 pm, plus one day during the week. This shift requires working on all company designated holidays. Due to business need, on select occasion employees may be required to work overtime and/or support operations on an alternate shift. The company reserves the right to adjust your shift schedule, or location if necessary.
About the role:Monitor scheduled activities by shift with respect to orders, door assignments, dispatch of trucks, and contract carriers supporting production and various other departments on a daily basis.
How you will contribute:Clean and organize the ambient warehouse, H3 Chemical Storage Room, +5, -20, and TSA cages.
Receive and fill orders.
Perform physical and cycle counts.
Inspect incoming materials.
Operate PIT equipment.
Prepare receipt documentation and tag materials.
Perform put-aways of materials and intermediates.
Pull materials and chemicals for all incoming requisitions.
Pull requisitions for intermediates.
Complete all incoming requisitions (MSR, WTR, MTL), verify all staged materials, and key out requisitions.
Be TSA, IATA, and DOT certified, and complete TSA documentation.
Complete documentation and orders for all domestic and international shipments.
Work with the logistics team to coordinate shipments.
Pack and ship domestic and international samples, intermediates, hazmat materials, and returns.
Perform dispositioning with manufacturing as needed.
Transact and deliver materials to manufacturing.
Work alongside QARI to receive and process incoming temperature-controlled shipments.
Participate in process improvement activities and Tier meetings.
Drive trucks when needed.
Perform the removal of hazardous waste, if applicable.
High school diploma or GED, 2+ years of experience, or AA or higher and 1+ years of related work experience.
Must possess and maintain a valid class C drivers license.
Knowledge of intrastate driving requirements.
DOT medical exam certificate.
Successful completion of Department of Transportation (DOT) and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) background check along with continued compliance.
Ability to successfully complete the hands on road test in the company's bobtail truck
Proficient in warehouse management systems and pc environments.
Will operate material handling equipment.
Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator.
Required to monitor facility conditions pertaining to safety, cleanliness, temperature, and general operational function.

Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to warehousing and manufacturing areas at +5°C including storage freezer at –20°C and exposure to human blood plasma.
In general, the position requires a combination of sedentary work and walking around observing conditions in the facility.
Must be able to work in controlled environments requiring special gowning. Will be required to follow gowning requirements and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body.
No make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish or artificial fingernails may be worn in the manufacturing environment.
Will work in a cold, wet environment
Must be able to work multiple shifts, including weekends.
Must be able to work overtime as required. (only for non-exempt positions)
May be required to work in a confined area.
Some Clean Room and cool/hot storage conditions.
May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and other clean room garments daily. This may include safety shoes, safety glasses, aprons, face shields, lab coats, full body gowns, hair nets and gloves and hearing protection.

$18.85 - $29.62The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
