The Position
The Business Finance Analyst will support stakeholders in designated areas of responsibility within New Hampshire API Finance. Use available data & business knowledge to create insights, in order to help stakeholders make decisions & take actions. Establish & sustain optimal planning, controlling & forecasting processes for designated areas in New Hampshire API-US. Ensure solid financial deliverables from New Hampshire API-US to relevant stakeholders. This role will require regular cross functional & inter-departmental collaboration for projects. Experience building or modifying dashboards in Power BI is a plus for this role.
This is a full-time onsite based position. Relocation assistance package is available for the selected candidate.

Reports to: Finance Manager
Number of subordinates with direct/indirect referral: None, this is an individual contributor role
Essential Functions
- Use process area knowledge & business insights to seek improvement opportunities & solve business challenges
- Proactively support central or local business cases & decision-making involving areas of process responsibility
- Ensure financial and process understanding across the organization by attending performance board meetings, offering training, & participating in cross area processes, site visits, etc for areas of process responsibility
- Drive timely & solid delivery of formal submissions & ad-hoc requests within area of expertise
- Ensure that financial deliverables from New Hampshire API-US are aligned to requirements from PS API Finance
- Safeguard that New Hampshire API-US process areas meet financial targets by using continuous analysis, follow-up & suggesting corrective/preventive actions to production responsible, Directors & CVP
- Represent New Hampshire API-US in financial matters as needed, including central forums & work groups
- Areas of responsibility may include the following:
- Production economy, including raw material consumption, yield performance & unit cost
- Performance & risk management, including KPIs & risk reporting
- Project Portfolio & asset management, including investment budget & asset review
- Business intelligence, including creation & improvement of relevant analytical tools
- Manning & capacity costs, including driving budget processes across New Hampshire API-US
- Driving planning, forecasting & controlling
Qualifications
- Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related discipline required
- MBA in logistics, finance or related field preferred
Physical Requirements
0-10% overnight travel required. While performing this job employee work involves sitting most of the time with walking and standing required only occasionally. This position may lift up to 10 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetition including substantial movement of wrists, hands, and or fingers. The ability to speak, listen, and understand verbal and written communication.
