Finance Manager

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will:
- Manage financial expense planning processes such as the monthly close, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning activities including headcount, operating expense and capital investments by working closely with internal and external partners to support strategic planning and operational decision making
- Prepare, analyze and communicate financial results for the site to business leaders. Understand expense variances, resolve discrepancies and work with appropriate staff to ensure processes are in place to handle changes in the business
- Execute product standard costing, calculate cost of good manufactured (COGM) and cost per unit (CPU)
- Lead productivity initiatives and have a thorough understanding of lean concepts to decrease waste
- Support finance leadership and functional teams with ad hoc requests and special projects
- Document analysis and related-work flow activities to insure proper support and standardized procedures
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree
OrMasters degree and 2 years of finance experience
OrBachelors degree and 4 years of finance experience
OrAssociates degree and 10 years of finance experience
OrHigh school diploma / GED and 12 years of finance experience
Preferred Qualifications:- MBA, CPA or CMA
- Experience in a large global organization, with strengths in economic analysis and evaluation
- Solid overall knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g. SAP, Hyperion, etc.)
- Knowledge of Lean / Sig Sigma Methodology and tools
- Solid technical finance skills (accounting, planning, modeling, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and be a strategic problem solver
- Strong leadership and influencing skills

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
