As a Senior Delivery Lead in AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS), youll have opportunities to contribute to the digital transformation of a leading biopharma company, helping to create solutions that impact patients and their communities for the better.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Delivery Lead to join our Veeva Community of Practice (CoP). The CoP is a specialized unit within BTS Information Research that focuses on Veeva technologies supporting R&D. It serves as a hub of expertise, best practices, and innovation.

The Senior Delivery Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive excellence in Veeva technology solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Veeva products, as well as a proven track record in delivering successful projects and establishing best practices. The Senior Delivery Lead will partner closely with the Veeva CoP Lead and our BTS domains to drive innovation and growth within the Veeva practice area.

In this role youll be responsible for:

• Understanding the CoPs vision, goals, and strategies. Developing appropriate IT strategies aligned with our BTS domains to champion change and innovation.
• Providing advice and counsel regarding effective system utilization to meet business requirements. Understanding the business processes in multiple businesses. Determining alternative delivery mechanisms.
• Managing, assessing, and overseeing the execution of platform releases, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, business goals, and timely, within-budget delivery.
• Coordinating impact assessment and dispositioning of Veeva Platform features and testing of IR Veeva Vault Platform features (within each Vault as needed).
• Publishing release management, customization decision-framework, development,testing and deployment best practices along with the review of its correspondingdeployment artifacts.
• Developing and maintaining environment standards and guidance documents along with environment inventories and diagrams for Vault environments.
• Leading discussions on the Veeva Platform Roadmap, particularly focusing on how new features and updates can be integrated into current and future platformreleases.
• Establishing and maintaining high-quality relationships with all levels across the company and with external partners.
• Defining and managing governance processes for the Veeva platform.
• Consistently demonstrating AbbVies Ways of Working and Leadership Attributes.

Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience; masters degree with 7 years experience; PhD with 3 years experience. Preferably in business, information systems, or a discipline closely related to the client area served, experience to include project management.
• 3 4 years of project management experience.
