Position Title:  Warehousing Inventory Coordinator

Reporting to:   Warehouse Associate Director

Outline of Role:

Ensure that all inventory is available when needed by production and ensure that all Lebanon API Warehouse related inventory is balanced across the various inventory management systems leveraged by the LP1 site.  Additionally, become involved with future SAP release preparation activities.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

  • Become a subject matter expert on SAP inventory and warehouse management business processes and procedures.  Transfer and apply that knowledge back into the MMC Operations.
  • Become the coordinator for all IM-related and WM-related activities and deliverables for future SAP releases.
  • Take ownership for the development or modification of IM and WM procedures and training materials as necessary.
  • Serve as the point person for knowledge transfer for the Corporate SAP solution delivery resources (learn the processes, understand the transactions, become familiar with master data, participate in data clean-up and conversion, and be capable of performing data setup to support testing activities).
  • Provide first line support for power users and end users on problems they may experience with the system.

Basic Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in overall business operations, with 3 or more years of experience in one of the following groups:  Operations, Warehouse, MS&T, QC, or Engineering. 
  • Individual should have a demonstrated performance of strong communication and partnering skills, and the ability to get results when working with large cross-functional organizations. 
  • Must be very familiar with cGMP manufacturing environments and terminology. 

Additional Preferences:

  • Experience with warehouse and inventory management activities and business processes. 
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Willingness to work overtime to support a 24-hour operation.  Must be on call during cutover activities.
  • Ability to get results when working with a large cross-functional group.
  • Demonstrated credibility with organization-based delivery of results.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.

Other Information:

  • Must complete Learning Plan for Lead Specialist – Inventory Control.
  • No certifications required.
  • Tasks require entering manufacturing areas which require wearing appropriate PPE.
