What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will be part of the Commercial Data & Analytics organization and manage critical projects across the department, driving standardization and best practices. Reporting into the CD&A SPO, this role will collaborate cross-functionally with partners in Marketing, Sales, Value & Access, Medical, and Finance. The ideal candidate needs to be organized and can effectively support multiple projects simultaneously, build and maintain internal and external partner relationships and concisely communicate across all levels of the organization.

Flexible Commuter role to Thousand Oaks, CA site. You will work on-site a minimum of 2-3 days a week.

  • Provide project management support to teams across the Commercial Data & Analytics organization
  • Help plan, monitor and execute key strategic projects around the CD&A department priorities
  • Provide insights and research through secondary sources like publications, journeys, industry reports on various ad hoc questions from the CD&A leadership
  • Manage the CD&A internship and rotation program including recruiting, interviewing, project selection, feedback from participants and managers
  • Support vendor management within CD&A including access, licenses, and ensuring proper adherence to guidelines across various pillars
  • Ensure governance in standard reports and processes across different teams within CD&A

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

OR

Masters degree and 3 years of project management experience

OR

Bachelors degree and 5 years of project management experience

OR

Associates degree and 10 years of project management experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of project management experience

In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and handle diverse assignments simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to create and build relationships with internal and external parties
  • Strong communication skills (both written and presentation) and the ability to clearly and concisely communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Exhibited problem-solving skills with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Experience in biopharma or consulting in preferred
  • Experience with SharePoint, Excel, Smartsheet and MS Teams

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
