2025 Aesthetics Leadership Program Overview:

Our Aesthetics Leadership Program (ALP) provides a dynamic experience that develops high-potential MBA talent for future Allergan Aesthetics Commercial leadership roles at AbbVie. By rotating through a variety of commercial roles across Allergan Aesthetics, ALP addresses the business needs of today while helping to grow experienced, well-rounded management talent for tomorrow. Over the three years and three rotations, you may work in rotations in the following fields:

• Customer Marketing
• Digital and Consumer Marketing
• Field Sales
• Allergan Practice Consultant / Strategic Accounts
• Allergan Medical Institute (AMI)

Locations:

Aesthetics Leadership Program opportunities are based at the Allergan Aesthetics headquarters in Irvine, California.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program completing your second year, preferably with an emphasis on marketing or general management
• Must be enrolled in university the semester following your internship and graduate with an MBA degree between December 2024 June 2025.
• At least 3 years of prior work experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred
• Demonstrated leadership potential
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of aesthetics/beauty/luxury brands industry is a plus

Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimatelypay more or less than the posted range. • This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
