Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management in Lexington, MA with the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Technology or related field and 4 years of related experience. Prior experience must include: Analyze large volumes of data and identified trends, outliers, and inconsistencies by prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of efficiency in study deliverables; Develop, test and maintain studies in different EDC platforms such as Rave, Veeva, Inform, Rave X and contribute to functional Continuous Improvement initiatives; Utilize overall study design, protocols, preparation of study documentation and develop study specific listing specifications out of scratch, QC’d and manually review the data using Excel formulas; Analyze system operations, test and ensure correctness of the system, Manage or mentor and supervise data collection, lab reports and statistics. Up to 20% domestic and international travel required. Up to 100% remote work allowed from anywhere in the US.

Full time. $145,000.00 - $228,000.00/year.
