Summary:
This role in Oncology Key Accounts Marketing, will be responsible for supporting our vision for best in class capabilities and innovative solutions to support engaging Oncology and Hematology Key Strategic Provider Accounts. This candidate will work both as a marketer who develops content and executes rollout to the Oncology Key Account Leader (OKAL) team focused on building loyalty with customers, and ensures our Oncology brand(s) resonate with stakeholders and C-Suite leaders in key oncology accounts in the US. This individual will report to the head of Global/US Marketing and work both in the HQ office and also frequently out in the field with the OKAL team to align to the customer needs with branded and above brand customer facing communication tools.
A typical day may include the following:
Develop promotional strategy and tactical plan as well as develop all tactics for OKAL use with Key acct targets aligned to the brand plan. This individual will work with agencies to develop content, share drafts with Head of Marketing. Head of OKAL team and brand marketing team, then take the materials through the Review process and roll materials out to OAKL team, maintain inventory and full promotional content up to date and within budget. Contribute to annual brand plan for US, and develop tactical plan for Key Accounts/OKALs consistent with the US brand planning process.
Embed within brand marketing team to develop deep understanding of indication and overall brand strategy and US tactical focus, as well as share data and insights Key Accts Performance to inform marketing plans across the brand.
Work closely with OKAL Leader and OKALs as a dotted line member of the OKAL LT, attending regular OKAL team calls and meetings, and work in the field and attend professional association meetings to connect regularly with OKAL target customers/stakeholders
Provide leadership support to the development of the overall Brand Plan and strategy focusing on key accounts.
Ensure innovative solutions and best practices are leveraged for reaching OKAL Acct based stakeholders, C-Suite and acct operational leadership, developing collaborative projects as agreed upon with OKAL Sr Director and Head of Marketing
Understand and leverage trends in the marketplace and competitive benchmarking to inform strategies for key acct engagement.
Actively collaborate and provide additional support to OKAL Sr Director and OKAL team operations work eg targeting, performance reporting and business planning/presentations
Manage OKAL budget within Marketing budget processes, ensure cost effective delivery of all programs while tracking and monitoring effectiveness including KPIs, ROI and actionable findings.

Capable of understanding strategic brand management, support brand strategy, branding and how marketers develop brands and communicate, execute with customers at a strategic as well as tactical level
Experience in delivering complex messages to various internal and external customers with a track record of effective and influential presentations
Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in ambiguity within complex, rapidly changing environments
Strong project management, process development and marketing impact measurement skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize
Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionally with experience working across brand team to leverage product messaging into distinct customer/stakeholder channels
Strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative
To be considered for this opportunity you will have a minimum of 15 years biopharmaceutical commercial experience with 2-3 years minimum home office-based responsibilities. A Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA preferred. Oncology experience 5-7 years minimum. Demonstrated competency in marketing innovation including managing ad agencies/vendors, and marketing strategy and tactical effectiveness measures. Ability to manage schedule between working in home office and field/customer facing alongside OKALs working days.
