Finance Lead, US Oncology Finance

The Finance Lead will report to the Director, US Oncology Finance and is responsible for supporting all aspects of Commercial accounting and FP&A for recently acquired ImmunoGen (IMGN) assets, mainly Elahere. Core responsibilities include supporting the harmonization of legacy IMGN processes, developing robust FP&A analytics and submission for all financial planning cycles (Plan/LRP/LBEs), driving monthly/quarterly/year-end financial close and ad hoc analyses as needed.

Major Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and track brand team SG&A budgets ($s and FTEs), including monthly analysis of actual results vs financial benchmarks
• Partner with the brand team and support the Director, US Oncology Finance in identifying, modeling and managing P&L risks and opportunities throughout each fiscal year
• Support all AbbVie financial planning cycles (Plan/LRP/LBEs) for all P&L expense lines as well as headcount
• Support harmonization of legacy IMGN processes with AbbVie best practices
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes and associated analysis and reporting
• Partner and support the Brand team in managing SG&A deployment, tracking and optimization
• Integrate new Oncology products into existing processes as they transition from pipeline to on-market
• Deliver monthly reporting and KPI/Performance dashboards to track financial performance, including variance analysis and commentary
• Ad-hoc analysis as required

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 6+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience
• Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
• Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional business partners & influence without direct authority
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with SAP & BPC preferred
