Lets do this. Lets change the world! This role will join the Biosimilars Business Unit (BBU) global marketing team as a Global Marketing Senior Manager. This marketer will be responsible for maximizing the success of BBU portfolio for launched products and provide support for upcoming biosimilar launch activities. This role will work closely with BBU GMLs, GCEL, and other Sr Marketers across Oncology and Inflammation biosimilar teams, and key stakeholders from cross-functional teams. This role will report to the Director, Inflammation/Gen Med Global Marketing, and presents a breadth of challenging and exciting responsibilities.
Key responsibilities of this position:- Lead cross-biosimilar portfolio coordination across Inflammation/Gen Med and Oncology teams including Integrated Brand Team consistency, Global-with-Local model implementation, and biosimilar global brand content library & content calendar management.
- Lead BBU commercial congress strategy, drive brand and above-brand biosimilar portfolio related activities for biosimilar commercial congress presence, including alignment with markets. Serve as the primary contact and liaison with GCC.
- Own agency of record (AOR) relationship for biosimilars, including generating SOW, budget management, timelines, etc. Direct and coordinate day-to-day oversight of (AOR) for all biosimilar-related marketing tactics, in collaboration with BBU marketing teams direction.
- Develop and maintain biosimilar commercial OL advisory relationships, including facilitation of C3 process to ensure compliance with Amgens requirements. Work directly with BBU marketing colleagues to identify new OLs, facilitate Marketing/OL discussions, ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain global biosimilar global communication platform in close collaboration with BBU cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Medical, Operations, Access, Marketing). Identify opportunities to enhance and execute updates as needed.
- Support global launch marketing activities for ex-US biosimilar product launches, including coordination of launch meetings and other virtual/in-person events.
- Forge strong working relationships with affiliate marketing leads, cross-functional partners, and BBU commercial team members.

Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
OrMasters degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
OrBachelors degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
OrAssociates degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
OrHigh school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Preferred Qualifications:Strong marketing competence with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development.
Experience developing a wide range of successful online and offline tactics, including Video, digital, print, video, and CRM.
Translating market research into effective consumer campaigns or programs. Previous experience with clinical data a plus.
Exhibiting passion and empathy to build meaningful experiences with consumers by understanding their needs and desires.
Experience working with advertising agencies to develop and produce engaging creative.
Strong bias for action and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to exercise strong judgment and live up to the highest ethical standards.
Excellent communication skills and self-awareness of leadership style
Ability to build productive partnerships and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization.
Experience marketing directly to consumers, with a preference for pharmaceutical or regulated consumer goods or services.
Experience coaching and developing talent
