The Associate Manager, Medical Education Data Analytics, is responsible for data-driven processes to measure the impact of medical education on an adult learning continuum. This includes the collection, assessment, and aggregation of de-identified learning outcomes from grant supported medical education activities requiring coordination with multiple data sources and systems, as well as collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Leveraging your knowledge and experience in statistical methods, data analysis, and predictive modeling, you will contribute to the creation of robust evidence-based impact studies across multiple therapeutic focus areas identifying new/ongoing needs, barriers to optimal patient care, cohort findings, trends, etc.

As an Associate Manager, a typical day may include the following:

  • Manage the data collection processes, including working with external grant recipients

  • Assess and aggregate data focused on learning outcomes from grant supported activities

  • Use appropriate technology tools to write, modify, assess/test code and scripts

  • Maintain outcomes management system (s) that support present needs and future growth

  • Contribute to the analysis and reporting of educational impact findings to internal stakeholders

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor of Science Degree or above in a field related to data measurement, statistics, or evaluation and 5-8 years as data scientist. We are seeking proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (mastery of Excel and PPT) and data visualization as well as proficiency in programming languages (Python and R) is required. Additionally, 2+ years experience in professional adult education; knowledge of educational design and adult learning principles a plus. We need an understanding of medical and regulatory affairs, drug development, FDA, and regulatory guidelines (i.e., PhRMA guidelines, OIG, AMA, ACCME, Sunshine Act, etc.).

Salary Range (annually)

$94,800.00 - $154,600.00
