Regeneron is currently looking for a Process Sciences Coordinator to join our Process Sciences Drug Product Engineering team. This role coordinates laboratory equipment requisitions and decommissions, schedules and leads maintenance and calibration activities, and updates information in the asset management database. They may also facilitate meetings and coordinate efforts across multiple groups within Process Sciences.

As a Process Sciences Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

  • Schedules and coordinates calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair work performed by both outside vendors and internal calibration groups.
  • Maintains annual vendor service contracts and reviews vendor documentation in support of preventative maintenance and repair work.
  • Initiate, track, and close work records in asset management database as needed.
  • Acts as a liaison to coordinate communication between groups within Process Sciences and other departments as needed. Facilitates meetings, including agendas and minutes, as necessary.
  • Maintains laboratory-purchased reagents, equipment, and supplies through ordering, logging inventory, and stocking. Determines and responds to material alert levels as the need arises.
  • Coordinates sample and reagent transfers/shipments, verifying the integrity of received materials.
  • Performs logbook lifecycle management tasks and responsibilities.
  • Maintains tracking spreadsheets and databases detailing project/work status.
  • Responsible for data entry and documentation in asset management database.
  • Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements and maintains inspection readiness.
  • Supports multiple lab groups within Process Sciences.

To be considered for the Process Sciences Coordinator you must be willing and able to work Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30on. You must have a BS/BA in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. For various levels you must have the following:

  • Process Sciences Coordinator: 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Sr Process Sciences Coordinator: 2+ years of relevant experience

Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
