Lets do this. Lets change the world! In this vital role the Director of US Analytics and Reporting will have responsibilities for leading the team to design and implement insight-generating analytics and reporting tools & platform, in support of the US and Global teams.

This leader will act as the key point of contact between Executives, Field Leaders, and cross functional teams, translating business needs into development of analytical and reporting tools, to speed up consumption of KPIs and National / Subnational insights, and drive business performance and efficiency.

Flexible Commuter role to Thousand Oaks, US Headquarter site. You will work on-site a minimum of 2 days a week.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 4 years of analytics and/or reporting experience

Or

Masters degree and 8 years of analytics and/or reporting experience

Or

Bachelors degree and 10 years of analytics and/or reporting experience

And

4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proactive engagement with Executives to identify new builds and enhancements to drive clear understanding of key performance as relates to strategy and execution

  • Strong experience in designing dashboard ecosystem, and data reporting on strategic business needs

  • Extensive experience in an analytics/reporting role with demonstrated experience using analytics tools and software ie. Tableau, etc

  • Possess the ability to manage and integrate solutions within various disparate tools/processes

  • Identify & define business problems, and design effective solution and/or process optimization

  • Demonstrated success in re-purposing raw data into actionable information

  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate, collaborate, integrate, and apply new information quickly

  • Passion for deriving insights from data and storytelling with data

  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex data into relevant, useful insights for non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong experience in providing operational support to business stakeholders

  • Preferably strong understanding of pharmaceutical and/or Field Force data and systems

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and translate complex ideas into a simple design and messaging for an executive audience

  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and facilitation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain credibility with all levels of management and promote and cultivate quality throughout the organization

  • Experience with working in highly matrixed organizations

  • Transformative leader, who uses analytical, technical, and consultative skills and drives the team to prioritize, resolve, support and deliver on key initiatives

  • Strategic leadership strength in developing long term people analytics strategies and objectives; ability to identify gaps and opportunities

  • Track record in identifying, retaining, and developing top talent required to build and sustain a diverse, hard-working team

The annual base salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $176,400 - $215,600.
